Method for the Diagnosis of Alzheimer Disease and Therapeutic Composition

The Technology :
The technology relates to a method of predicting an increased risk, and a method of diagnosis for late-onset Alzheimer Disease.

The method consists in assaying a sample for the allele of the gene coding for the protein of interest and assaying the plasmatic level of the two proteins of interest.

The technology also proposes a therapeutic method for the prevention and treatment of Alzheimer Disease
