HAUTE ECOLE VALAISANNE (HEVs)
UNIVERSITY OF APPLIED SCIENCES OF WESTERN SWITZERLAND
The HEVs is a member of the University of Applied Sciences of Western Switzerland and is located in Sion and Sierre, in the centre of the Rhône Valley. Founded in 1988, the HEVs offers 4 fields of study and 4 research institutes.
Today about 800 students attend courses at the HEVs. To fulfil its education and research goals, the HEVs relies on the expertise of its staff (115 professors and 150 scientific & technical assistants). The HEVs is active in engineering technologies (Industrial Systems and Life Technologies) as well as in Economics (Computer Sciences in business, Economy and Tourism).
